PARIC completed renovation of the South Hotel portion of the St. Louis Union Station Doubletree by Hilton. The project included a six-floor, 235,000 sq. ft., renovation of 435 hotel rooms including ADA accessible rooms, conversion of 26 rooms into suites, a private club for Hilton Honors members, and three elevator cabs. The renovation was completed one floor at a time coordinating closely with hotel personnel.
