BUTLER BROTHERS HISTORIC RENOVATION
PARIC was selected as the general contractor for the $95 million renovation and redevelopment of the 735,000 sq. ft. Butler Brothers Building. The building, constructed in 1906 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, previously served as a warehouse in the Garment District in the Downtown West neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri.
The structure, which spans an entire city block and is now known as The Victor, was transformed into a mixed-use complex with retail, restaurant and bar space, co-working offices, and nearly 400 apartments. Features include the ground-level interior courtyard providing vibrant green space, a roof-top pool and walking track, and views into nearby City Park, the home of St. Louis’s Major League Soccer team. Great care has been taken to modernize the building while maintaining and highlighting the existing historic elements.
2024 Landmark Association Most Enhanced Award Winner – The Most Enhanced Awards recognizes outstanding examples of restoration, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse of St. Louis’ architectural heritage.
