This project consisted of the new construction of a stand alone 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility for the Alexian Brothers Health System on the campus of Sherbrooke Village. The 59,936 sq. ft. building is one-story, slab-on-grade, frame. The facility design utilizes the person centered care (or ‘neighborhood’) model. This model creates a very residential feel and intimate setting optimizing the operational efficiencies.
