PANERA CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

When Panera made the decision to relocate their corporate headquarters, downsizing from 150,000 sq.ft. to 72,000 sq. ft., PARIC was chosen to ready the new space. The project consists of renovations to two partial floors, a mural wall, design library, focus rooms and two conference rooms.

Panera’s new headquarters combines modernization and greenery with a first-floor work cafe equipped with a kitchen, open seating and patio. The exterior space includes a 4,000 sq.ft. bocce ball court and covered gathering spaces.

The result of the construction is a modern office environment tailored to support associate well-being while providing space for Panera’s innovative team to ideate, collaborate, and support bakery-cafes across the nation.
