Located in St. Louis, Missouri, PARIC converted this 7,295 sq.ft. space into a high-end boutique fitness and wellness spa.
On this fast track, four-month project, PARIC self-performed 4,500 sq.ft. of interior demolition, along with framing, drywall, doors hardware and the installation of interior storefront systems. This new gym features state-of-the-art equipment with a new sauna, open weights and aerobic area, ultra-light rooms and the first cryotherapy chambers in the Midwest.
