MISSOURI AMERICAN WATER

PARIC was selected to complete modifications to the Missouri American Water existing 30,000 sq.ft. Fenton facility. Tenant improvements consisted of the construction of an 11,000 sq.ft. office space with five conference rooms, 2,900 sq.ft, second-story steel mezzanine and 15,000 sq.ft. of concrete reinforcements. Modifications of the existing fire suppression system included new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical packages, plus site utility upgrades. In addition to MEP upgrades, PARIC completed exterior upgrades including fencing installation and parking repainting. Features include material storage bays, a safe room and an environmentally-controlled test meter bench room.  The new additions and employee areas will now accommodate over 400 employees.
