MIDWEST ENERGY AND COMMUNICATIONS

PARIC completed construction of a new 129,000 sq. ft. headquarters facility. The project consists of a two-story tilt-up office building, a one-story warehouse, vehicle storage, material storage, and maintenance building, all built on over 30 acres. The office was designed with an open floor plan to provide a collaborative atmosphere. A 6,000 sq. ft. data center was also constructed out of concrete walls and a hardened construction frame. The façade was designed with insulated, load-bearing concrete walls, with a structural steel framing system. The buildings were designed with energy-efficient concepts including geothermal HVAC and LED lighting.
