This 46,052 sq. ft. Phase II addition to Saints Hall consists of four levels of student housing totaling 216 student beds as well as additional lounge areas. The building exterior matches the Phase 1 exterior, with Nichiha siding/brick veneer exterior, aluminum windows, glass curtainwall, and TPO roof.
Together with Phase I, Saints Hall now provides space for a total of 445 students.
