JACKSON PURCHASE ENERGY CORPORATION

The PARIC and Cooperative Building Solutions team have transformed an existing sports complex facility into a new 78,000 sq. ft headquarters facility for Jackson Purchase Energy Corporation. The unique renovation included demolishing existing floors for radiant floor heat in the vehicle storage building, warehouse space, vehicle maintenance, and an additional covered storage building. A portion of the building was renovated for office space for administration and operation services, including a new drive-thru window. Hardened construction will protect critical operations such as the dispatch and server rooms.

Energy efficient design concepts such as LED lights, VRF HVAC, and high R-value insulation were used throughout the building to meet long-term energy consumption goals.
