GREATER ST. LOUIS INC. OFFICE RELOCATION

Greater St. Louis, Inc. chose PARIC for the renovation of their 25,000 sq. ft. office on the 22nd floor of the Metropolitan Square Building in downtown St. Louis. The project scope included the demolition of existing elements, repurposing and relocation of portions of existing window framing system and glazing, and the rework of existing lighting. Additional lighting systems were installed along with new LED signage. 

The new space provides operation offices, mothers’ room, shower room, main amenity area, kitchen/breakroom, podcast room, conference rooms and a new conference center that overlooks the St. Louis Arch. High-end finishes were used throughout including a custom designed reception desk inspired by the Arch. All mechanical, electrical plumbing and fire protection were design build.
