PARIC’s Special Projects team completed this 2,600 sq.ft. conference center renovation while keeping Enterprise Bank and Trust open and operational. This tenant improvement project included preserving and expanding existing infrastructure, a feature wall, the installation of kitchenettes and adding operable partitions. The newly redesigned space now offers modern amenities that enhance functionality and encourage collaboration among teams.
