BROADWAY HOTEL PHASE II

Located just a half of a mile way away from Mizzou, PARIC was chosen to complete the Hilton Brand hotel expansion of the Broadway Hotel in The District of downtown Columbia, Missouri. This $25 million project consists of an eight-story, 73,000 sq.ft., ground-up addition with 80 hotel rooms. The expansion will add 6,000 sq.ft. of rooftop ballroom with a reception area and 2,000 sq.ft. of meeting space on the ground floor. The increased capacity will allow The Broadway to host larger out-of-town meetings and events for The District. The new hotel will include two sky bridges connecting the new tower to the existing hotel on the fourth and eighth floors.
