Mike Rallo, Jr. oversees all PARIC Corporation operations as well as the corporate staff. Specific responsibilities include strategy, talent development, company culture, client relationships and innovation. Mike continually works to move PARIC forward and ensure leadership training is prioritized, supporting individuals, teams and clients in the process.
ABOUT
Mike’s 20-year career with PARIC began in 2003, joining the Company as a Project Engineer. He was promoted through each level of the ‘Do Work’ side of the business to his current position as President.
One of Mike’s first major undertakings was the Express Scripts Campus project, a nearly 600,000 sq. ft., multi-building, LEED Gold headquarters. It was the largest green project in Missouri at the time of completion. He was also responsible for the North Park Redevelopment, River City Casino, Park Pacific Historic Renovation, Wash U Loop Student Housing and two campus repositioning projects for Lutheran Senior Services, to name a few.
His diverse market experience and enterprising nature proved beneficial as he developed, implemented and/or empowered others in strategic initiatives such as self-perform expansion, LEAN and scheduling advancements, and the STAR Program.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
In 2007 Mike was awarded the 30 Under 30 Award by The St. Louis Business Journal, he’s been a KIDstruction committee chair and champion, he serves as Board Member for St. Louis Children’s Hospital and currently hold the position of Chairman Elect of the Board for the AGC of Missouri.
