REBECKAH LONG

Rebeckah Long is the Vice President of Human Resources. Rebeckah is a strategic business partner who enables business success through people leadership, communication and change management.  She is responsible for all facets of human resources including strategic talent management, total rewards strategy, organizational design and effectiveness and process improvement.  

ABOUT

Rebeckah most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior Vice President with Spectrum Brands, where she led vision, strategy and execution for all facets of Human Resources on a global scale. Her previous experience was with United Rentals, the largest equipment rental company in the world, where she focused on talent strategy, leadership management, labor relations, recruitment and organizational effectiveness. Rebeckah has more than 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Rebeckah has been active in her community, serving as a school board member at St. Paul’s Lutheran School – Des Peres for five years. She was also a NICU Support Parent volunteer for several years, where she offered emotional support and assistance to parents of preemie babies
