LETICIA LAGO

Leticia Lago is the Vice President of Preconstruction. She provides support and leadership through preconstruction, planning, budgeting and bidding. Leticia ensures that the project team has the resources required to ensure the quality of our services and the project's success from its inception.

As Vice President, Leticia is also responsible for preconstruction employees' development and career paths, including Preconstruction Managers, Estimators and the Purchasing Department.

ABOUT

Leticia has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. She began her career as a structural engineer in Brazil, where she was born and raised. Since moving to the United States, she has worked in preconstruction, with experience in several markets and an emphasis on healthcare projects, higher education facilities and community attractions throughout the Midwest. In 2017, Leticia brought her coveted skills to PARIC where she joined the Preconstruction Group as a Senior Preconstruction Manager. Leticia was quickly promoted to the Director of Preconstruction, and in July 2020, Leticia was promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Leticia is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Design Build Accredited Professional.

As a passionate advocate for minorities and women in construction, Leticia was awarded a Diversity Excellence and Advocacy Award by the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers in 2011.
