Originally built in 1973 as the Southwestern Bell Administration Building and joined the National Register of Historic Places in 2020. PARIC was chosen to complete the adaptive reuse of this former office building. The structure consists of six levels of underground parking with 13 stories above. This renovation will transform the existing office building into more than 200 apartment units made up of a combination of studios and one and two bedroom units. The first floor will house commercial and retail spaces.
